First check your MB manufacturer website and see if your MB can work with the type of your memory brand and speed. Sometimes, they even recommend the correct settings for memories if you have a famous brand memory.
I have the same problem with AMD A10- 4.1GHz with PNY 8 Gb DD3 2133 MHz memory It seems that the problem is with Graphic memory that is shared with system memory. When I run a video from Internet, (250Mb internet speed), system freezes with a blue screen with an invalid memory address error or something. I did't have time to run memtest64 or prime95 and see if it can detect the problem.
Most likely MMU cannot handle this much interaction with memory. I think, we need to tweek the memory access parameters. It should be done at power-on reset every time but BIOS cannot find the best values. Some other
