Windows Install error

I got a me hard drive and tried installing Windows I it. It was working initially but then my computer apparently restarted and now it won't let me download. Every time it says that Windows ran into an error or your computer had restarted. I restart the download again and I get the same error

It didn't work and it says exactly this: The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.
