im looking for a prebuilt desktop thats between $700-$800, that can just run well with Cinema 4D, CSGO, Minecraft, ect, and can just become an absolute beast

Not going to find much of anyone that will recommend a pre-built, here. Pre-builds have a reputation for using junk power supplies, and cutting corners on quality. It is often much better to build it yourself, or get the parts, and have someone do it for you.
