What is the purpose of this build? You realize that the 8 core AMDs are pretty old at this point and are not really competitive. I don't recommend it for anything.


But to answer your original question, The Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P is a very good board for around $80 USD.

The psu depends on your needs.

Yeah I agree, there's no point in buying one at this point. An i3-6100 or i5-6500 will run circles around it.

Thanks was thinking about the AMD going to hell but why not build a Intel.
