X99 Boards Supporting x16 GPU SLI and Bootable PCIe SSD in Raid

Howdy,
I realize I'm asking the impossible, but I'm looking for an X99 mobo that would support me using two GPU's in x16 and either some combination of PCIe or M.2 (NVMe or otherwise) in a bootable raid format. Is it even possible?

If it's not possible to run a bootable PCIe SSD in raid format, I'd also be curious what mobo's people consider good for a i7-6850K. Again, I'm looking for a board that'll utilize 2 GPU's, possibly multiple PCIe SSD's (even if not in raid), and maybe a sound card.

I've also got a thread going about looking at Z170 CPU's, but as I do video rendering, I really want to stick with a 6 core system.
