Hey guys, I've been having problems where whenever I play a video, whether it be streaming or playing an MP4 on Media Player, I keep getting stuttering issues with the video and sometimes either my graphics drivers or the computer itself will crash. My drivers are all up to date, and my crad isn't over heating as it has a gpu-tweak software that came with it so I can monitor it. I'd like to be able to solve this problem since my desktop is my only streaming device.
