i have a prebuild pc i want a better gpu i was thinking the gtx 1060 but will it running on Memphis-S motherboard

Your motherboard has the appropriate PCIe slot for a GTX 1060. You will need a 6 or possible 8 pin (depending on model of 1060) power connection from your PSU.
