Should I replace the power supply before or after setup?

I just purchased a CyberPowerPC desktop for my girlfriend....just a cheap $500 one. I understand that they are notorious for their bad power supplies, so I also bought a replacement. Is it safe to install the new Power Supply right away, or should I do the setup using the stock Power Supply and then replace it after the setup?

Solution
Not the best PSU, but should be fine assuming the parts in the prebuilt don't require much wattage, which is what i'd expect from a $500 prebuilt to be honest. ;)
No worries, just if you're buying a PSU for a higher wattage gaming PC or something in the future, go with a higher quality unit like the S12II 520w from Seasonic.
Feel free to consult the forum on advice in future if you need to before buying.
