Suggested power supply for this build???

Below is the PC i plan on building and im not sure what PSU to choose. Looking for something budget (less than $50) and also what size i should get. I was thinking like a 350W power supply but im not sure. For future i would upgrade for a 1TB HDD and another stick of 8GB ram

No I didn't miss that at all. What I see is someone about to drop a bunch of money on a decent system and then thinking they can power it with the cheapest psu possible. It's the worst kind of mistake. The psu is the absolute most important part of the pc. You want cheap? Fine. But when it dies, blows up or fries other components, it was your choice. $10 is a small price to pay for a quality unit like that Seasonic that will easily handle the 460 (same price as the 750ti but @25% better performance).

Seriously dude, get the Seasonic S12II 430, $5 bucks cheaper than the 520W version and just around $50. If you can't afford the PSU, drop your expensive ass single channel memory to something like http://pcpartpicker.com/product/zhM323/team-memory-tpd48gm2400hc16dc01 (nearly double the performance of your 2666 memory) and get the Seasonic

Also note that you don't have an OS selected, and you should budget for that.

The wattage calculators are a joke, no offense. You'll be looking at @225-275w total system power. This'll put you at the 50-70% load on that 520w psu which is the perfect size for maximum efficiency, minimum heat, longest life. You could easily run the 430w too, I just prefer the 520w it was $3 more expensive than the 430

If you would have just mentioned that the first time then i wouldnt have to sit here and guess at what you mean when you didnt write any comments with your suggestions. I thank you for your suggestions and will most likely go with what you are suggesting but all im saying is a comment or two in the beginning could have saved this trouble

You'll easily have the psu 5-6 years. In 2 years you may decide the gpu is way under powered and get a bigger version. The 520 for $3-$5 more over the 430 will give you the room to update without the need to replace the now underpowered 430.

Just a thought

the reason for the single channel memory is so that when i want to upgrade to 16gb of ram i dont have to buy $70 of new ram and get rid of the ram i have as my mini itx only has 2 ram slots

Then get a $33 single DIMM that's 2400. Beggars can't be choosers.
