You're plainly overclocked & that max temp in core temp is fine.
However you really want to put a 100% load on it with prime95 & check your temps in real time with amd overdrive.
Its a good way of knowing the max temp your CPU will hit in any scenario possible.

^ Why exactly ?? You should always run a 100% load test if you're overclocking a CPU 20%+ which he is.
Its the only way to know if the system is stable & load temps are acceptable
Absolutely impossible to ascertain either from that screen grab of core temp at idle loads
