Cannot find bootable device after new HDD install.

Okay so here is the issue, I'll try my best to explain the situation with as much detail as possible.
The other day I had to take my computer into a repair shop because a cooler I bought from them wasn't functioning correctly (I posted about this almost a week ago on here), and they didn't want to refund or replace without seeing it first. So I took it in there, and they booted windows off their own HDD so that they didn't need access to any of my drives.

Now when I picked the computer back up is when the issues began. The first thing I noticed was when I turned my PC on at home again for the first time, I got an error saying "No bootable device found". So I straight away that my Mobo must have still been trying to boot off the repair shops HDD, and not mine. So I went into the BIOS and made sure it was booting off mine. Everything looked okay in there, and it seemed as though it was still trying to boot off my HDD. Okay so I thought next I'll unplug my other HDD's, just boot up, and specify which device in particular that I want to boot from. I made sure I chose the right drive, and bam "No bootable device found". This is when I started getting annoyed. Next I reset the BIOS just to ensure they hadn't changed any of my BIOS settings whatsoever, and that it was all back to exactly how it was before I took it in. Again, wouldn't let me boot. This is when I rang the computer store, and explained the situation. Of course the wanted absolutely nothing to do with it because "It was working when it left their store. So it must have happened somewhere in between me putting it in my car and me turning it on." Next was I tried to repair the startup from an Win 10 USB that I had, and tried a multitude of different CMD commands to repair this, with still no luck. So I moved on to try and reset my PC but backup all my files. I got an error saying that Windows had locked my hard drive, so therefore I couldn't reset it through the bootable USB. I then decided that I'd live boot Ubuntu and just mount that HDD and get everything I wanted off it, no problem. Went back to install windows, formatted that hard disk and off we went.

Here is where the interesting thing happened. After I set my PC back up again, and had all the essentials installed, I needed to get all the stuff I backed up off the other HDD. I turned my PC off, and then installed the HDD (It's a 3.5" internal). Now after I installed the disk, and attempted to boot back up again I got struck with that same error "No bootable device found". Again I just presumed it was trying to boot off the wrong HDD. So I specified for it to boot off mine again, with still no luck. Again unplugged all other devices and still kept getting that same error. Startup repair wouldn't work again, virutally anything I tried wouldn't work.

So now I'm afraid to plug anything in to my PC because for some reason it seems to completely screw with the boot of my other HDD. I've scanned the disk for errors, and the whole thing is clean (And it should be as I only bought it 4 months ago). Does ANYONE have any idea on what this could be. I'm going to try memtest tonight to see if maybe it's something with the memory, and maybe even might try UBCD and just scan everything. I really need this computer working properly and reliably again as I'm studying a Diploma of Information Technology Networking and it has some VMs that need to be run off it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hope this wasn't too hard to follow, and I'm happy to supply anymore information to help in assisting with my issue!

It's not the SATA or Power cable either, I've tried three different ones including plugging it into a different SATA port on my motherboard.
I'm honestly starting to think that they have damaged the MOBO when it was at the shop, because this was certainly never an issue before then, and I'm almost certain that it couldn't have happened on the drive home as it was literally strapped to the backseat with a seatbelt and the shop is only 5 mins down the road.

HI sorry should have added this in. Motherboard is a Asrock z87 pro4, not 100% of the bios I'm at the hospital at the moment for my partner. I'm using three different HDDs. A 3TB for my OS, a 1TB for games, and another for storage. My OS is win 10.

Hope your partner gets well soon :)
When you get a chance tell me if you have tried using a single HDD before instead of these 3 ?

Thank you for that! :)
If I understand your question correctly, yeah I tried booting with just one drive installed when I didn't have any luck getting it to boot both the first time this issue came about

Okay, when ur back home disable UEFI boot and change the boat loader to native in the Bios settings. Then give it a shot manually booting from the Drive. Chances are that what they used in the repair shop wasnt a UEFI enabled OS and messed this up considering that 4th generation motherboards and Windows 10 are using Uefi.

I've tried this with still no luck. I honestly believe that the repair shop has damaged my motherboard.
