my pc build:

GIGABYTE MB SOCEKT AM3+ GA 78LMT U SB3

COOLER MASTER B2 SERIES 500W RS 500 ACABB1 EU

COOLER MASTER SEIDON 120V V2 Water cooler RL 512V 24PK R2

WD 500GB SATA III, 64MB, 3.5", 5400rpm, caviar blue WD5000AZRZ

DEEPCOOL Midi Tower Tessereact SW

KINGSTON 8GB DDR3 HyperX FURY Red 1600Mhz CL10 HX316c10FR/8

AMD FX 8370E 8 core 3.3 Ghz black edition box

ASUS Raden r9 380x 4gb GDDR5 256bit strix R9380x 4G GAMING

Now as for the questions:

1. are those parts all compatibile?

2. will it all fit in that pc case?

3. can i overclock that procesor

4. where and how do i put that water cooler

UPDATE:
i live in serbia and i dont have alot of choice here we dont have many many products its a poor country and my budget is around 900usd or 745eur
if you can tell me what parts should i change but keep in mind that i live in a poor country and we dont have all those asus gigabyte and so on parts only a few and they are expensive very expensive

i intend to use it for gaming i wont play all the new games maybe some but not all since i cant even put any money on my steam so its kinda hard buying games here
i would probably play skyrim remastered, cod black ops 1,2,3 and all the previous ones gta 5 and all those games from 2013,2014 and 2015
(gtx 1080 is 1200eur or 1335 usd )

what is your budget and what do you intend to do with your PC?

You would be best to give the budget and what country you are buying from. AMD don't have a good gaming cpu on the market, the FX8xxx series is 4 years old now and was average when new. The FM3+ cpu socket is a dead end with no upgrade potential and modern platforms use DDR4 which costs similar.
