It's very hard to say. You really only have 3gb total system ram? That's going to be the first problem. The 5450 isn't going to cope with much, certainly nothing past 2013 ish very well. I'd say at 720p and low settings. But with 3gb ram you may find games don't run due to memory warnings.

You can try to look for games older than those released in 2013 or 2012 and try to set them to 720p, if you see problems.
You should be able to run e.g. Mass Effect 1 and 2, Skyrim (be careful with the mods), etc.

All newer releases will surely crash due to low ram. I don't think the cpu is capable either;(
