Can i use dual molex to 8-pin on a RX 470?

Hi,
I want to buy a new graphics card Gigabyte or MSI (RX 470) 4G and the problem is that i have only one 6-pin connector on my PSU and the graphics card has 1x8 pin. Is it safe to buy a dual molex to 8-pin?

Or i should go for the Asus RX 470 4G that has 1x6pin and spend 20 euros more?
My PSU is Codegen 600W. Yes I know. It's crap, but I don't want to spend 80 euros more for a new power supply.

It's safe? normally yes...

But depend on the rail (and the wiring) you are using the molex to connect to.

I don't known the Codegen PSU but cheking some reviews i would said to replace that PSU inmediatly, on one review they smoke with a load of 300w on one rail....

If you are under 400w total load it seems you will be ok, and with the RX 470 you will be in the 250w range i suppose but still, i would said, just invest some money to get a proper PSU before you could harm the PC.

are you prepared to spend another 150 euros to replace your card? and maybe another 200 euros to replace the rest of your system if that PSU fails in an unsafe manner?

Okay it's like this then. Please. Can you give me a good PSU + GPU combo?????? I don't want to spend more than 280 euros on everything.
