So , im building a desktop , and i got a friend of mine to choose the parts for me on a budget , but he chose a 125w cpu on a 95w motherboard and im a bit concerned if will this desktop really work , and will the parts be compatible with each other ill leave the specs here and if you guys can help me ill be very thankfull :
Cpu : He chose AMD FX 6350 wich is 125w but after i found that out i guess ill have to buy the AMD FX 6300 wich matches the 95w motherboard

I was kind of skeptic when i found that he chose a 95w motherboard for a 125w cpu at the start and then i heard something with the motherboard not being able to support sata 3 , im such a noob in these things and i just wanted to make sure , thank you.
