mini ITX board for Skylake

I'm going to build a mini ITX PC for gaming. I need Wi-Fi, optical audio out, USB 3.1, Bluetooth, etc. So I'm going with Z170 chipset to do everything good. But the CPU is i5-6500 a non unlocked one. Help me to choose a board. There are three options I found.
1.Asus Z170I Pro Gaming
2.Gigabyte GA-Z170N Gaming 5
3.MSI Z170I Gaming Pro AC
Your recommendations will be considered. Please also include the price.

This is one of the boards with non-k overclocking ability. The ASRock beta BIOS download can be found here if you decide to tweak that i5-6500.
