CPU Needs 8 Pins, i've only got 4

So i recently upgraded my PC, but i've got some concerns:
My motherboard CPU power needs a 8 pin, but my PSU has only got a 4 pin for that. Can i use a 8pin PCIe cable for that? Im not planing to overclock the processor.

Specs:
Asus Z170A
i5 6600
8Gb DDR4
750Ti 2Gb

^ not only will it not fit, but the reason it won't fit is that the voltages on the pins are in a different order, in order words don't try to make it fit.

No you can't use the pice connector and in your case you don't even need 8pin eps (with this cpu)
a 4pin eps can do the job don't worry about it

You didn't list your PSU though.If it only has a single 4pin eps then it might be old or low quality.

Its fine for your system and you don't need the 8pin eps just connect the 4pin.
