I need advice on if I should wait for the prices to drop or wait for newer graphic cards. I'm interested in playing games like battlefield 1 on ultra settings and I don't want to overclock :)

Thanks alot.

Well it depends how urgent you need it. The only part that will have a major price drop is the GPU in December/January time. My speculation is that Nvidia will release a 1080Ti and/or a 1060Ti which will cut the GPU prices alot. They will also natrually drop a bit anyway between now and that time but if you're urgently looking at a PC then yeah it's all good to buy now. I've included my take on your parts list as per the items I'd buy and showing the prices too:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($198.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H170M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($82.99 @ SuperBiiz)

ok thanks Ive changed my ssd to samsung one. However the motherboard you linked is sadly more expensive and I have to stick with the one Ive chose. However Ive tried to see the differences between these two and I couldnt find anything major. Do you think a motherboard will affect my gaming perfomance?

Well I don't really know what RAID is needed for tbh, and for the 2 gpus, well.. I hope the 1070 can last couple of years. By then I can probably buy new gpu or upgrade the motherboard if needed.

I will only use a SSD because I don't usually have need for so much space on a gaming rig. Anyways I bought a gtx 1070 and with it came ''Paragon'' bundle worth 117 usd. Is there a way to change this bundle to something else?
