Hello,

I wanted to be sure if I overclocked my CPU safely, so it won't get damaged.

I did overclock my CPU to 4.60Ghz and set voltage to 1.360. Is it safe and it won't harm CPU or something else at all? I'm using Asus Z170 Pro Gaming motherboard and Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo cooler.
CPU temperatures are staying around 50 degrees while gaming.

Hi there, those Processors are made to be Overclocked, I got an i5 6600k just like you @ 4.6Ghz 1.36v running without problems for more than 7 months. Maybe it reduce a bit the total life time of the processor, but anyway the time that happen it would take many many many years, meaning you probably will have another much stronger processor. So enjoy :D

I don't think the voltage will damage your CPU, people say stay below 1.4 at maximum (I believe), but 1.36 will not do anything to your CPU that is major and will affect its lifespan dramatically. If you're still slightly worried, try getting the voltage a bit lower if possible, and get it on the lowest stable voltage.

It COULD harm your CPU but i highly doubt it as long as you got decent cooling and dont overclock it too hard with over 1.4 volts
My i5 3570k didnt want to be overclocked by that much but its running at 4,4 ghz at about 1,25 volt for over a year now so you should be good

That sucks  Overclocking is just free performance, an i5 6600k @ 4.6Ghz perform like an i7 6700 in Gaming :D
