Hello forum!
So i just build a new pc with these specs
Intel g3258 3.2 GHz (OC to 3.7 GHz)
ASUS Radeon R7 360 2GB OC Edition
8gb ram

So the problem is pretty common i think but idk whats causing mine. I can play the game at high settings at 45-50 fps but when i start driving fast, the textures just wont load fast enough. This is really annoying as the game is really smooth. I would love to get a fix for this ASAP.
Thanks!

I dont have Aida on this pc and im saying that on memory (if needed i could put screeshots this night) but Aida you have two options, first one is to check by hand the memory speed and timmings.
Are the options of this screen:

Teh second one is to launch the memory test, a screen like this:

What i found somewhat strange that with a new build you use 2+ years old pieces (for example the g3258 is a low end CPU from the 2014).

As you dont put the HD i would dare to say that maybe you reuse an old hard drive?, maybe if that the case you have a very low reading speed from the HD and the game just have problem loading new textures from the HD fast enought.

If that's the problem, try to use a lower texture quality on the game, if it dont fix it just purchase a SSD to hold the game.

Well the build i chose was from techsource's 350$ gaming pc and i just changed the gpu.
And no i dont have an old HDD, its a brand new WD 1TB HDD.

No pun inteded, but i will not call a 350$ a gamming build ;)

What model?, maybe is a green one?
I ask it because green WD HDs are known to have slower speeds that make then not very good choices for primary and gaming usage.

Then try to use some program like CrystalDiskMark to check if you are getting nice speeds from the HD, if that is not the problem then check that the memory is working at their intended speed (for example with Aida64) and is not using a lower default safe speed.
