Low Passmark 3D GPU Score AMD 390

Hello, my AMD 390 is scoring low on Passmark. It scores 5,500 when according to the list of benchmarks it should be around 7,000. The card scores 5,500 at stock and while overclocked. The card isn't overheating. It doesn't go above 70C under load. My CPU is overclocked to 4.4 GHz, my RAM timings have also been overclocked. I have a 4K monitor but the benchmarks run at the default settings (low resolution). I am curious if there is something wrong with my card or I am just not fully understanding the scoring system.

I am running Passmark V7.

i5-4670K @ 4.4
AMD 390 @ 1075/1630
RAM 1600 @ 7-8-8-23-1
Corsair 860W AX PSU
Windows 10 64-bit

Thank you for your help.

EDIT: I would like to add that I get decent FPS (constant 64) in World of Warcraft at 4K with medium settings. After reading into it, it is most likely because I am using V7 of Passmark and V8 reports differently. I'd still like your opinion though!

EDIT2: Apparently I was able to get a free upgrade key to PassMark 8. I am going to run that when I get home and see what my score is...

Solution
UPDATE: After running Passmark 8 I am getting an even lower GPU score... of 4800. I am not sure what else to do, but I know my card isn't twice as slow as a 980.

SOLVED: I forgot after running the test last night that I turned on Target FPS in the AMD settings. It was throttling the FPS during the fullscreen benchmarks to 64 FPS.

The solution was to update from Passmark 7 to Passmark 8 and disable target fps in the AMD settings. You will also want to make sure that your PC is on the High Performance mode to prevent CPU/GPU throttling.
