what is the best low wattage graphics cards on market

I have a PC with a 200W power supply and don't wish to upgrade it. That being said, what is the best low wattage requiring graphics card I can use for my PC?

If using a mid tier AMD processor, you're already using 95w of it... I highly suggest you to upgrade the PSU, it's not expensive and some more power will be able to open up much more GPU possibilities. Anything about 400 ~ 600W would be tottaly fine.

If that's out of question, i'd suggest a GeForce GT 730. I had one and i could play any nowaday game with playable fps with medium or low settings

can you please open the case and read on the power supply the 12V output ? A =?

it is very important.

Plus , please state your CPU , how many harddisks ? and how many fans in the System .
