Radeon RX 470 fans start then stop on boot up

So, like my title says both the fans on my RX 470 start up when I turn my comp on and then turn off after about 10-15 seconds. I have had the card for about 2 weeks now and it just started doing this yesterday. The graphics card still works, I am able to start games and the fans don't turn on even then.

Intel Core i3-4130
MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Team Elite 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

Any help would be appreciated

Check out your card temperature with monitoring software. It may simply be that your card is not getting very warm so the fans cycle down to reduce noise, or it could be a problem. If your card temps are low, my advice would be to ignore it.
