You've probably heard of people trying to figure out how to get their hard drive out of their Dell; but I am here to get the Dell out of my hard drive.
Allow me to explain (also not sure if this is the right forum but I tried):
It started about 2 years ago when I spilled wine on my Dell Inspiron 17(somethin) laptop and fried basically everything but the RAM and the 1TB HDD.
Fast forward to last year I decided to build myself a PC, and decided I could save on both a hard drive, and an OS (it came with windows *gulp*.... 8). And it worked, and works still(I now have a separate SSD with a clean copy of win7 on it in the same system), but the computer is essentially still a Dell inspiron 17. All the hardware drivers and software settings for things like the track pad, and the battery save mode, and just all the general bloatware you get with DELL/HP/ETC. and factory resets only revert it to dell factory settings so that's no good.
I now run the upgraded windows 10 on it, but I was basically wondering (finally a conclusion here), if there is a way, and if so, how would I go about removing all of the DELL/laptop related crap to essentially get a clean cut windows 10 install.
~~**BONUS QUESTION**~~
Would there be a way to transfer the OS and everything onto a new drive (these mini laptop HDD are very slow)? Or would that require buying a new copy of windows?

You have been violating the user agreement for a year, why should bootleging another copy of windows bother you? You SHOULD HAVE purchased a legal copy of windows when you built your PC. Bootleg software will get no help here.
