Solution
Your motherboard is fine. Your CPU and GPU choice are good for your intentions. Your case is fine. Your power supply is sub-par, there are better options out there that will last you longer. 500w itself is enough power, but you want something built to a higher quality if you can find it. Depending upon which country you are in there are several good budget options. Seasonic S12II 520w is widely available and should suffice.
Every computer has a bottleneck. There is no way to avoid it. Most gaming rigs are bottlenecked by the GPU as a standard i5 can handle just about any single or dual GPU combination. Instead what you are looking for is a balanced build where nothing is significantly bottlenecked by another to the point of it being wasted money.

That being said, for gaming your build is going to be bottlenecked by the GPU, like almost every other computer. Depending on what games/applications you are using the most, it won't be enough to be significant. However, there is no way for us to truly know that until the 1050 is released and we can see some benchmarks.

Assuming that, then it's fine. You could also take the path of i3 + 1060 for better gaming performance in 1080p (game dependent). But I personally would opt for the locked i5 and accept the lower tier GPU. Upgrading CPUs is much more annoying a few years down the line (since Intel likes to switch sockets so often) as opposed to GPUs which are much easier to upgrade.

1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16)
* For optimum performance, if only one PCI Express graphics card is to be installed, be sure to install it in the PCIEX16 slot.
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4)
(All of the PCI Express slots conform to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)
2 x PCI slots

So my question is it possible to add gtx 960 which is pci express x16 and sound blaster audigy fx which is pci x1and WiFi pci card...but in that Mobo there is no pci x1 slot?

I have a similar rig as yours i5 6600 3.3Ghz ,MSI b150m motherboard,Hyper X DDR4 8GB 2133MHz, something like that. I see no problem of that combination. But it could support even stronger GPU like GTX 1060 or 1070. I planned to install GTX 1060 anyway when it is available in the market with reasonable prices , like $250 to $300... C'mom, there are a lot of benchmark videos on YouTube i5 6500 or 6400 running along with GTX 1060 , because it is a perfect match!!! just me suggesting ,u know
