If that still doesn't work, call sony technical support and speak with a tier 2 technician.

I should have mentioned that the new fan didn't work and I can't get into the system at all except the BIOS information the computer other than that cannot turn on. Bios originally said fan speed error and after taking the back off the computer you can see that just one of the fans didn't work out of the 4 so we got the new part and replaced it but it didn't change anything. I was just hoping that maybe there's some simple solution.

Call sony early today, even if your warrenty is out if they are willing to help you and you do want to pay to get it fixed right.
Go ahead and do so, make sure you explain everything from beginning to end so the technician can help you out in 1 phone call.

It's the exact same thing I will try Fn and F2 . When I do power on it goes to the bio system from F2 but then when I make changes it doesn't save the changes apparently because it still doesn't work.
