Getting awful FPS in games.

I just had to do a system restore on my PC due to some errors, after updating all of the drivers etc. I've had awful FPS in games, literally unplayable. Dota 2 has been stuttering all over the place, Rocket League is hardly moving before it forces my PC to shut down, and CS GO is stuttering as well.

My specs are:

GPU: AMD Radeon 7660G+7600M dual graphics
CPU: AMD A10 quad core
OS: Win 7 64 bit
RAM: 8 GB

Not sure if anything else is needed. Like I say, most games are just stuttering all over the place now when they were fine a couple of days ago.

No idea on the PSU, or how to even find it out. It's a laptop I should mention as well. It runs perfectly fine in everything else, even when running photoshop.

I've just noticed my graphics card is showing up seperately? I have a Radeon HD 7660G+7600M card, but it's not showing it like that, it's showing: Radeon HD 7660G, Radeon 7600M. No Intel integrated graphics like there was before. I just had windows update installing the drivers for me beforehand as it was a lot more reliable than AMD's.
