My System/CPU Fan & Mother board light (OC panel light) is always remains ON even after SHUTDOWN -GIGABYTE Z170X SOC FORCE

My System Fan, CPU Fan and Mother board light (OC panel light) is always remains ON even after SHUTDOWN.

Plz let me know how to turn off this (oc ignition) in this gigabyte motherboard.

and why always I need to press OC touch power button to start the system after a proper power off.

1| With your system breadboarded does the lights stay on? Have you tried removing the CMOS battery, replacing it after 15 minutes?
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
3| Have you made sure your system is properly grounded? With the front panel connectors connected in the right order?
4| You might want to share the rest of your system's specs inclusive of your OS.

Btw, I'm using Asus H110M-K not Z170X.
