Hello comunity, i am experiencing a issue in my computer i never had, for example, before i was able to play League of Legends at 110Fps without problems, but i had only 4 gb of ram, so i decided to buy 8 gigs more of Ram and an SSD, i did a clean installation of win 8.1 64 bits, installed the drivers, and when i try to play League of Legends i can't get more than 5 fps, and i noticed that the cpu was at 90%, it looks like when i open a full screen game, the cpu goes instantly to 90%, even smalls games like gta sa lags incredibly while taking 100% of my cpu, other than that the computer is faster than ever, but im really scared,
