Unidentifyed Network on Lan

I have read and tried many of the solutions to this same problem but to no luck.

I have tried:
All netsh commands
Flushing dns
/renew /release
Updating drivers
reinstalling drivers
Static IP
DHCP
MMC editing
REGEDITS

I really am out of options right now

The problem is simply that it has a caption of "unidentified network"?
If you have network access and internet connection but just have that message then it is no big deal.
I am assuming when you type ipconfig under Connection-Specific DNS suffix it is blank? Your router is just not pushing a DNS suffix to your PC.

I have no internet but your first suspicion is correct.

Yes all over devices work fine it's just my PC

In command prompt when you type ipconfig do you get a 192. address or a 169 address for an IP address?

Is computer set to static IP or auto dhcp now?

Can you ping the router (this is the gateway address when you run ipconfig)

Computer is set to static and ping gives me host unreachable

Set it to automatic.
go back to command prompt type "ipconfig /release" and then imconfig "renew"

Is IP still a 192 number?

Also, have a tried a different computer plugged into that cable/port?

When I try either of them commands I get the following :

An error occurred while renewing / releasing interface local area connection : the RPC server is unavailable

Open up Microsoft services (you can type services.msc in start menu).

Make sure DNS Client Service, DHCP Client, Remote Procedure Call, and RPC Endpoint Mapper are started.

Both DNS and ShCP won't start due to Error 5 access denied Also my Realtek DHCP won't start due to process ended unexpectedly

Do you have administrative privileges on this computer?

If so then either a virus or file corruption screwed windows up pretty good. Best bet would be to reinstall windows (assuming you do not have backup disk images).

EDITED:
If you have an OEM computer (Dell, HP, etc) there is often a recovery partition.

If you are on windows 10 or 8 you can just download the media creation tool and create a USB or DVD of windows

If win 7, as long as you have a legit license sticker on the case, you just need to find/download the OS.
