Trouble Locating Correct AMD Drivers

Family had me reformat a computer with win7 (it had been a win8 computer). After much struggling to get it connected to the internet that much, at least, was successful.

Then they tried to access Second Life and it informed them that their graphics card's drivers are either not installed at present or out of date.

So I go to AMD's website and asked it to help me find the right drivers. I know I know, but I had no good way of finding out the exact model of the APU in the laptop.

Downloaded their little autodetect utility which told me it's an A-Series A4-4300m APU with Radeon Graphics and even recommended amd-catalyst-15.7.1-with-dotnet45-win7-64bit to be downloaded. Unfortunately hitting the download button doesn't appear to actually be doing anything, searching the device id in the pci database amd recommends comes up with nothing (device id is 0x9992 if anyone is curious).

Also unfortunately the autodetect utility doesn't actually provide enough information for me to actually be able to locate the drivers on their website myself. There is no A-4 option I can find under APUs anywhere for driver downloads and the closest one I could find, once installed, seemed to ultimately do complete bupkiss.

At this point I'm lost on what to do to try to find the drivers for this from a safe site. Or even be sure of which drivers are the correct ones at all.
