Hi, I have vostro 3750. I saw blue screen few times, but don't worry about it too much. And it happens again, blue screen, I shut down it and turn again, see windows starting but logo don't come. In bsod i saw fault like ntfs.sys, so maybe there is problem with hdd, or other hardware? How to boot windows and recovery important data? Maybe windows reintall helps, and what to do if not and bsod comes again?

Solution
Ntfs.sys is a Windows component which means something else drove it into Fault. Be sure to check the hard drive, cabling, and other hardware affecting the hard drive. Can you access the system in Safe Mode?

Can't access safe mode. I inserted windows 7 cd, and run system restore. Restore also was faulty, but I booted windows after it. Now i'm copying files to external hdd and do windows reinstall. If problem comes again, I think to change old hdd to new, or add ssd.
