So I'm building my girlfriend a gaming PC for her birthday, she stated that she wants a pink build, so this case would be nice...

The budget is $800, the only things I think necessary are an SSD paired with a HDD for game storage etc. As far as AMD/Intel/NVIDIA, it doesn't matter, whatever is best for the money.

Yes, you can save some money on motherboard (h110 socket).
Ram you can get 2x4gb, however this will put you on the edge in some titles.
You can get SeaSonic S12II 430w, slightly cheaper, still sufficient.
