Well, a lot of this is down to personal preference.
The logitech is missing the keypad, but if you don't need that no worries.
Both have the rgb nonsense, although I suppose specific hues might differ
Neither has a great deal in macrto switches
Where it really differs is the switches. Logitech and razer have both developed their own.
As I own neither I can not tell you which I prefer and the internet is full of people who prefer one over the other. But neither is terribly different than the other, mechanically speaking.
If you want to move it around a bunch I'd take the logitech.
If you use it for inputting numbers I'd take the razer (seriously, that's a pain in the ass doing it above qwerty).
Any other consideration involves just...
