GTX 1070 problems

you see i have an MSI GAMING X 1070 and i saw in a lot of benchmark videos that it is a really good card and after i bought it sometimes in games like H1Z1 and ARK survival of the fittest i get a lot of lag spikes and i was wondering is it because they are still early access or am i doing something wrong? btw i'm using a 60hz monitor and i use V-SYNC in every game except ARK which doesn't have it so what should i do?

yes, Early access is like a beta product, it still have many improvements to do until the final product can be launched

well that explains a lot because i played evolve stage 2 with V-sync and it was a solid 60 without tearing or stuttering so that means my GPU is fine right?

yes, the games must reach the mature state, and must receive regular updates to fight bugs/improvements
