I want to buy a right-angled internal usb 3.0 cable for my case to its front IO.

I just want to know the name one the part so I can find one on amazon.

Sounds like you're looking for a 90 degree USB 3.0 male to female header adapter.
(to have a 90' angle into your motherboard & connect to your case IO USB cable?)
