Black screen on startup and driver install

I suffered a hard crash while playing World of Warcraft, so I uninstalled my drivers using safe mode since they have been troubling me lately to solve the issue. It worked fine but when I tried to update the drivers they would get stuck at 2% then eventually crash my computer. Now, I can log into windows but 20-30 seconds afterwards my computer crashes to the same black screen even if I'm just idle on the desktop. I've removed my drivers and tried a system restore but no luck for either, what can I do?

EDIT: R9 270x graphics card

Solution
Try to uninstall the audio driver and the last windows updates if you can. If you can't, full format seems the best option. And again if you are going to full format, format all of your HDD or SSD(which one you are using) from windows install screen.

That power supply is known to be a lower quality unit. From a hardware standpoint, if nothing is else is overheating, that would be what I would suspect is causing the issue. Now for software, can you boot into safe mode? If you are able to, I would try a system restore, to a point before this problem started.

I can perfectly boot into safe mode with networking, but both system restore points that are open to me do not fix the black screen issue.

Is there a specific area I could save? LIke my C: drive to keep my games and pictures downloaded? Also, what will the windows 10 reset possibly repair? I can log in past windows just fine but my computer is capped at 100% disk on desktop than crashes 20-30 seconds after being idle on desktop or after opening chrome and I don't know if that is a windows issue.

C drive is the OS, so no you will not be able to backup your files, to it. If you have another hard drive, external or internal, or a flash drive capable of handling your important files, you can use that. The Windows 10 reset will reset your OS to its originally installed state. You have the option to keep files, or do a full wipe of everything. I wouldn't do the full wipe, without backing up your important files, as those would be lost for good.

Oh.

But will the windows reset fix the 100% disk usage black screen crash, or any of the other problems? If its a power supply or GPU issue I'm confused as why I need to reset windows. Sorry :(

Alright thanks! I'll try it when I get home later tonight.

Yeah, I've never had issues in safe mode but I've had problems with windows booting, drivers downloading, and random disk crashes. Hopefully it's just software!

I'll leave the thread open just in case the windows reset doesn't work.

Alright, back.

When resetting windows, do I just remove my files or do I remove files and clean drive?

The reset did not work.

However, I fixed the black launch screen by opening task manager when starting my computer and closing some programs.

However. when downloading my driver it gets stuck at 19% then crashes still! And the disk isnt even at 100%...

I have no other power supply or graphics card.

It's weird because last time after trying to fix it 2-3 times but it crashing, it just randomly worked. However, not so lucky this time :(

Did you try to update the windows in safe mode? Try that if you didn't. Also did you update your windows before crash started? I mean sometimes windows updates also can be problem. If you installed any windows update and if you think problem is related with windows updates, try the uninstall the windows update in safe mode. If still doesn't work i sugegest to full format. And if you are going to full format, format all of your HDD or SSD(which one you are using) from windows install screen.
