I've had my laptop for a bit over a month now and I am just trying ethernet for the first time on it. Unfortunately, it doesn't recognize that the ethernet cable is plugged in (it says "Network cable unplugged" in adapter options). It is a brand new ethernet cable. The wall port the cable is plugged into has been tested and works fine with other computers. Wireless works fine, but wireless uses a different driver.
The laptop is an MSI Ge72 6QF-092 Apache Pro
Windows 10 64-bit
MSI MS-1794 (U3E1) Motherboard
I've updated my BIOS, my firmware, and all my drivers.
My ethernet controller is a Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet Controller.
Thank you for any help you can provide!
