Application has been blocked from accessing graphic hardware (world of warcraft)

Got a new Power Color rx 460 GPU that all games work with it EXCEPT for World of Warcraft. Once I log into a character, it looses the display, kicks me out, and then tries to recover back to the game and the message comes up saying that "Application has been blocked from accessing graphic hardware" Anyone have any ideas on what it could be? I have a AMD phenom II x4 945 CPU with a Corsair 500w power supply. I don't think it's an overheating issue as I can play other games just fine. Again it's JUST world of warcraft.

It may be the power usage from the PCI Express slot doesn't work well enough on some motherboards.

Did you uninstall the drivers from your previous graphics card? Do you have the latest drivers installed, from AMD?

Yes I uninstalled old drivers using DDU and just installed the latest Driver straight from AMD website. Still crashes.
