(Fresh Computer) Is there anyway to make ssd solely for windows and make hdd my program files drive?

Hi guys so i just built my first computer and installed windows on it. On my drive it shows the normal program files, windows, users ect. i was wondering if there is any way i can leave windows on the ssd but make my hdd my primary drive that has program files and holds all my steam games. The reason im asking is because i only bought a 120gb ssd and cant hold alot of stuff. Thanks in advance

Why sure. Every time you install a new App, it asks, "Do you want to change location" and most people just ignore this prompt, so it defaults to c: RIGHT THERE, change to whatever you want.

example: program files, steam, steamapps, common
with they work properly if i move them to my hhd?
