Random unexplainable Split Second frame drops

Hello! So I have this problem when I'm playing either CSGO or bf4 and I will get random fps drops that only go for about a split second. I have updated my drivers to the newest one and have reinstalled the games and also cooled my PC down even more. It's not like I have problems with the heating anyway. But this is really annoying and have tried to find a fix on the internet but can't one one :( please help


specs:
processor: intel i7 6700k
graphics card: GTX 1070 strix
RAM: 16GB RAM
motherboard: H170M-DS3H GIGBYTE
power: cool masterG750
cooling: HYPER 212 EVO

Do the framedrops begin as soon as you start playing the game or do they begin after you have played it for a while?

they start while im playing CSGO and BF4 about 10mins in. But not other games likes STAR WARS BF or dayZ.,ark and rainbowsix dont have the problem. thanks for responding so fast too :) really hope you can help me
