System keeps restarting. Could graphic card be the problem? (It's not over-heating)

Hi guys ! So my relatively new rig is restarting, god knows why. There is no definite trigger to it, it just happens. Sometimes it runs normally, sometimes it restarts outta nowhere. Here's what I've done till now :
I thought it might be a hardware problem, so I re-assembled all the components. I even changed the CPU paste ( as I thought it might be a heating problem, but the temps are fine).
I changed the RAM slot, just to be sure. When it still restarted, I re-installed Windows. It still restarted randomly.

My only doubt now is on the Graphic card (GeForce 210, 1GB). It failed to be detected a couple of times (got one long and 3 short beeps). But it ran fine the third time. I also noticed while installing the new windows, that it didn't restart until I installed the graphic cards drivers. I'm running a native resolution of 1440x900. The graphic card has ran fine since the start. But I've done a couple of graphic intensive video editing in the last couple of weeks. So here are my questions :

1. Could it be the graphic card because of the heavy activity and it somehow now is crashing?
2. Is it because its an entry level nVidia card on an AMD system (I have FX-8320 processor and Gigabyte 970A board) ?
3. Could it be because of the native resolution?
4. Something else entirely?
Thanking everyone in advance.

Hi there ! Thanks for the reply. I'll try that once I get a spare one from a friend or something.:chaudar: Right now I'm running it in safe mode just to isolate the problem further and see if it works fine with the graphics drivers disabled

I put the GPU in another slot. But the same result ! I even updated the drivers to the latest from the net. I observed that a strange ticking sound comes from the GPU once the PC restarts. Its like a periodic faint tick. The only option I'm left with is putting the GPU into someone elses system and seeing what happens.
Help guys :(

I am pretty sure its the GPU. Because for one, I have a Kingston 128 GB SSD and its located away from where the sound is coming. I don't know what else to do but take out each part and try it on some other system.

Okay so I tried my graphic card on another friends rig. It worked out FINE ! No restarts. So I turned my attention to the other suspect, the PSU. I replaced it with an older PSU I had and voila ! No restarts now! So it was a faulty PSU. I'm going to get it replaced ! Thank you for helping me out till now. Much obliged :)
