I want a new headset and these 2 (Logitech G430 and Hyperx Cloud 2) seem to be very popular and people say they're really good for gaming and other things as well. My friend uses the Cloud 2 and he says it' really good but neither me or him have used a Logitech headset before so we aren't sure if the G430 would be as good as everyone says it is. Right now, I am more inclined towards the Cloud 2 because my friend has used it and says it's good so I 100% know it's a quality headset as well as it's one of the most popular headsets around for PC gaming.
I currently use a Plantronics 7.1 RIG surround sound headset whic has by far the best sound quality I've ever heard from a headset so I'm scared that neither the G430 or Cloud 2 will offer as good sound quality. You may wonder why I'm getting a new headset if my current one is the best I've ever heard. Put simple, I've had multiple problems with the 7.1 RIG and I have got a replacement 3 times. It's having more issues now so instead of getting a replacement I just want to get a new headset that is reliable and good quality.
If anyone knows how they both sound or at least can give me an idea of how one of them sounds that would be great.
