Hello guys

I would like to ask you guys about an optimal cooling solution for my system.
Here are the system specs for the computer that I am going to buy. The idea being that it would be red and black themed with prefferably red LED lights where I can, I personally think it looks cool.
Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
MB: MSI Z170A GAMING M7 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
I'm also considering the Avexir RAM pieces because they have a really nice LED effect on it and they are also ddr4 but not 3000. Any suggestions are welcome.
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card
Case: Corsair 780T ATX Full Tower Case (case if debatable, my previous case was corsair 600t, If you guys have any better case suggestions for what I'm going for feel free to suggest)
PSU: EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
OS: Win 10 Home
Optional: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 PCI-Express x1 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi Adapter (don't ask, temporary solution)
As you see I'm going for a black and red themed build now the question is what CPU cooler would go best with my system and lets me easely overclock to around or at least 4.5 on this cpu. Even though noctua is really good.. I cannot stand to see my current nh14 because of the colors and because to me it looks ugly in the system and way to big for what it is (personal opinion). I never tried any water cooling out yet but I am open to try an AIO water cooler. I've looked at h100i but the noise levels are putting me off, second cooler was ID-Cooling Frostflow 240L that I'm looking at but again, sound, also I got no idea where I can even buy that one around here.. (poland)

Any tips around cooling, case and ram would be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to finish up with the decisions very soon and I would like to actually use this pc by next week. Thank you all!

Yes, no need to overclock with a Skylake CPU.
As for advice on performance...

Will the dark rock pro 3 oc relativel safely up to 4.5? Also I see no one suggested any watercooling to my surprise.
What do you guys think of the ID-Cooling Frostflow 240L?
In the mean time I will research a little bit more into dark rock pro thanks!

I generally don't recommend AIO water coolers as they offer much the same performance as a good air cooler but cost more and aren't as reliable. Ultimately, an AIO is still dependent on air to provide the cooling.

Overclocking is a lottery; some CPUs will achieve higher overclocks than others. There's a good chance you'll reach 4.5Ghz, but it's not guaranteed.

As im looking into this cpu cooler (dark rock), I found quite a few negatives..
Looms over all four DIMM slot
Blocks first motherboard expansion slot
Mounting system needs improvement (might be problematic?)
also considering i have ripjaws whose heatspreaders are quite high, can a dark rock pro 3 even fit ?

You should always buy low profile RAM.
That being said, if you've already bought the ram, look into the Cryorig R1 UNIVERSAL. Doesn't really fit your color scheme buut maybe you'll like it.
As for your overclock, it will not be limited by cooling with any of teh mentioned coolers. It's all upto the silicone lottery.

True.. both these coolers are very good air coolers aside from noctua but that wouldnt really go with the color theme :(
Any other good options or can someone confirm that dark rock pro 3 and ripjaws can go together?
I would really like a cool black red build because my previous first time build has all colors imagineable and its not a nice sight to behold haha
Custom loop building is out of the question im not that experienced.
Any tips to make my build look really good and at the same time an insanely good performer?
Update: ive read that overclocking doesnt matter that much and that fps gains are minimal. Like 1-2 fps gains. Can someone confirm this?

Yes, no need to overclock with a Skylake CPU.
As for advice on performance adn your build, honestly, get a define R5 windowless case and forget about teh colors inside. You will spend time looking at the monitor, not the main unit. And quality/performance per dollar matters more. Please don;t take this teh wrong way.
Also, the dark rock pro 3 is out of the question unless you get low profiel RAM as it covers all 4 slots. The H1 Universal i mentioned earlier does not have such issues.
