I searched everywhere and i couldn't find anything with my specific problem. So simply said after starting up my PC the RAM usage goes from 20-30% to 50-60% in a couple of minutes. And after it reaches 50-60% my computer freezes and then crashes. And the only way to prevent it and lower the usage is to put the computer in sleep mode and immediately wake it up. Sometimes it crashes 40 seconds after starting. Sometimes when it crashes it shows the blue screen. And each time before it crashes the mouse starts lagging and sound too, and then the screen freezes and the sound keeps repeating the 0.1 second of the last audio. It's a total mess and there are so many different things happening i don't know what to do or what to think. I had this problem before and it turned out to be a bad RAM stick, after changing it it worked fine, but then started freezing and crashing again. I'm using Windows 7, i have 4gb DDR3 ram.
I don't really know what other information i could give so if you need any be sure to tell me.

Solution
Maybe you have 2 bad ram sticks, and the computer crashes when it tries to access certain memory points in the last 40% of the ram.

Or you have bad ram slots/mobo. But your problem is pretty clear, ram usage hits certain level computer dies, problems point to RAM or RAM slots on the mobo being the problem.

Seems like it, it took 2 sticks out and the PC seems to do fine. Of course the usage is now (with browser only) 50-90%. Looks like i'll need to buy new ram...
