My pc sometimes freezes while I'm watching youtube videos or playing games like csgo. When PC freezes, the graphics sometimes freeze sometimes get black screen, the audio gets stuck and loops infinitely. Usually i have to do a manual reboot to solve this but there's very occasional chance my pc restarts itself automatically, even more rare chance it went back to normal status.

I run OCCT cpu test and psu test and 3Dmark benchmark test several times, sometimes it passed the test sometimes pc freezed, no discipline can be found.

I did a clean to my pc and found cpu pins bent(i reinstalled my cpu several times before and maybe some time i did a bad job). When system runs, cpu reaches a relatively high temperature occasionally. Other components like mobo, GPU always stay on a normal temperature.

My computer specs:
OS: Windows 10
Motherboard: GIGABYTE 970A-D3P
CPU: AMD FX-8320
GPU: EVGA GTX-970 SC
PSU: 520W S12II-520
HDD: WD blue 1TB
Memory: Team ddr3 4GB*2

Should i change my cpu or even my psu? I don't have alternative hardware to do a comparison test, so i can't tell which part goes wrong exactly. Need your help now.

Thanks in advance.:)

Yes, bent CPU pins can cause freezing issue, CPUs are quite fragile. And if your computer restart itself, its actually trying to prevent hardware errors. Also RAM can cause the problem. I suggest that find a program to see temperatures and CPU-RAM usage while doing different stuff. You can also use programs like 'hardware info' to see voltages etc.

I'm noob on using softwares like this. Can you please tell me how to see if the 12v rail is holding or the voltages status?
