I played through the witcher 3 once with high graphic preset and the game was stable at 60 fps but now the game fps is just 30. The task manager shows that while the game is running it only uses 2.5 gb of ram (The first time I played it was 6-7 gb). I think this is the cause of my problem but I don't know how to solve it. Please help !

Solution

Well just from your specs I see you don't have an 8 thread CPU which is what the game requires.

Can you go into MS CONFIG - BOOT and put the ram to its highest, I have had to do it sometimes in the past
