Can i use AeroWipes to remove thermal paste

So i have these medical wipes with 1% Cetrmide and 0.02% Chlorhexidine and i want to know if u can use them to remove my old thermal paste on my heat sink. i tried to get some Isopropyl Alcohol but couldn't get any from local shops :/

I wouldn't. but If they are mostly alcohol which I assume they are as they are medical wipes they should be fine as long as you buff the cpu with a paper towel after. just be careful because this is not really the recommended method to clean a CPU.
