Razer Deathadder 3.5g Need Help!

So i came here to ask for help and i really need it because its my only mouse and i cant get new one...
The main bridge cable broke from inside so i decided i will solder a new cable o got a i think its sata cable or something like that..I solder'ed it and doesnt work seems like lazer is on scrollwheel is giving me lights and it detects on windows...but it doesnt work at all..What should i do? maybe the cable is bad for it or maybe the cable is to long that i did please,i play cs go for long time and now i cant at all.

if you had solder joints touching and powered it up you could have certainly damaged something.

if you see electrical damage like that the mouse may be beyond saving.

i have a 3.5g apart right now.. (i need to replace the switches).

the ribbon cable should be connected with the side labeled 10 going to the side labeled 10. it looks like you have it right though your cable is way too long - i'm not sure its going to fit well inside the mouse (the original is about half that)

why wont it work? it looks like some of the solder joints are touching. that could have something to do with it...

Now im so lost...The wires werent touching other thats just looks on the picture.

But the 2nd hole from left.The solder wont attach to chip.Im very lost right now why is that?


I Made the wire shorter.


Now the Scaryest part...on this memory chip?i think thats what its called? appeared some kind of orange dot is it done now exploded ? cmon the luck is real..

F that mouse i ordered rival 100.Never getting any razer products.I asked help from them at the first time but they replyed with stupidiest thing ever etc.
