hey I was overlcoking my intel core i5-6500 with the asus z170-e non k skylake guide everything works fine except my booting time till the first "beep" noise it took about 10 seconds more and it frustrated me so much that I've changed back the BIOS version and just let the cpu alone... it's now booting fast again... now I was wondering when I overclock it back again and enable Fast Boot option in BIOS will make the boot time fast like it was before?... also is it safe to enable Fast Boot? I was researching the internet and some guys had problems with it (couldn't enter the BIOS, slower OS etc.) thanks in advance

here is my spec:

CPU: Intel Core I5-6500 3,2Ghz
GPU: Asus Strix GTX 960 OC 4GB DDR5
RAM: 16GB (Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x 8GB kit 2400Mhz)
MOTHERBOARD: Z170-E

overclock:

Core Voltage 1.325
BCLK 130

I think I read somewhere that you can by changing the base clock, and then lowering the multipliers for everything except the CPU(which is locked).

I have no experience here though.
